Computify is a simple website for our brand. We don't run analytics, we don't track you across the web, and we don't build a profile on you. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to type into our contact form — and we use it for one thing: replying to you.

This site is operated by Computify Limited, registered in England & Wales. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@computify.cloud.

Nothing automatically. We have no database of visitors and we do not store your browsing activity. The only data we handle is what you submit through the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The message you write to us

We use this information solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing.

We keep our stack deliberately small. Two trusted services help the contact form work, and each only ever sees what it needs to do its job:

• Resend — delivers your message to us by email and sends you a confirmation. Your form details pass through Resend for delivery only; they are not stored in any database of ours.
• Cloudflare Turnstile— a privacy- friendly bot check that confirms you're a real person before your message is sent. It processes a verification token and your IP address to stop spam, and does not track you or use your data for advertising.

We use essential cookies only — the small notice at the bottom of the site says exactly this. We set no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no cross-site trackers.

The only cookies that may be set come from Cloudflare's bot-protection on the contact form, and they exist purely to keep the site secure. Because these cookies are strictly necessary, no consent banner is required — the notice is there simply to be transparent with you.

Contact messages arrive in our email inbox and stay there only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your message at any time by emailing info@computify.cloud.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've sent us. Since the only data we hold is your contact message, honouring these requests is straightforward — just get in touch.
